As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will serve as a main point of contact for our customers by handling inbound and outbound sales and service related calls which involve resolving issues, determining customer needs, offering appropriate products and services, closing sales and maintaining accurate customer records.

We are currently looking for a Service Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the location's fleet and service-related inventory. As a Service Manager, you will design and/or implement service processes and procedures and manage the service staff, ensuring maximum productivity, customer satisfaction and compliance.  

We are currently looking for a Cylinder Technician in our Cortland, NY location. In this role, you will be responsible for material handling, inspection of propane tanks, and the general maintenance of plant equipment which includes air compressors, propane compressors, and tank moving equipment.
